Don Doctor, Executive Chairman, was Chairman of Premier Systems Integrators, a prior Frontenac investment, until its sale to Dimension Data, and also served as CEO of Encoda Systems. Before Premier, he was at Spectrum Associates, and served in various capacities with Lincoln National Corporation.
