George Estes, Chairman and CEO, co-founded Discover Re in 1990. He was previously a VP at General Re, where he was responsible for underwriting and marketing efforts in the Northeast. Scott Doyle, President and COO, was a co-founder of Discover Re and formerly VP of Genesis, General Re’s ART subsidiary.
