Tim Petrikin (CEO) co-founded the company in 2002 in partnership with Charlie Martin (Chairman) and Jerry Eyler. They have extensive experience in building healthcare services companies, and previously worked together for many years at Symbion, an outpatient surgery center company, and OrNda HealthCorp, a hospital company. Mr. Martin also currently serves as Chairman & CEO of Vanguard Health Systems, a major operator of hospitals.

STATUS
Growing need for cancer services is driven by increasing incidence and higher patient survival rates; when medically appropriate, patients, physicians and health insurance providers prefer freestanding, outpatient treatment which can be cheaper and more efficient than hospital-based alternatives
