Salient was founded by the former senior leadership team of SI International, a company formed in partnership with Frontenac in 1998. Salient is led by repeat CEO1ST partners Brad Antle and Ray Oleson, respectively the former CEO and Chairman of SI. Prior to SI, Antle led an engineering group at Lockheed Martin and Oleson spent most of his career in the federal government IT services industry with CACI, SASC, CSC and Sperry-Univac.
